This is a nice longer sized ball pin with a thinner gauge that allows for more flexability with wire wrapping. These ball pins are a great tarnish resistant choice for creativing long lasting, sturdy, quality jewelry pieces. Due to the natural flexability of 24 gauge wire some of the pins may arrive slightly bent. This does not impact the fucionality of the ball pin. The wire can easily be bent back to the original shape using pliers.
Stainless steel wire is stiffer and more sturdy than base metal mixes. Although this makes it a great choice quality wise please be aware that is you are used to working with base metal wires in this gauge, stainless steel does not bend as easily.

What is 304 Stainless Steel?
It is the most commonly used and versatile of stainless steel blends. In addition to its high durability, it is also resistant to corrosion and oxidation. The composition of the metal contains 18% chromium and 8% nickel. Compared to 316 Surgical Stainless Steel, the 304 blend is a bit more flexible for jewelry work. Due to the natural flexibility of 21 gauge wire some eye pins may arrive slightly bent. This does not impact the functionality of the eye pin. The wire can easily be bent back to the original shape using pliers. Please note: These are naturally a silver tone. They are not silver plated.
