Shipping
Estimated Processing Time
Most orders ship out within 2 days of your purchase. This is only an estimate. When an order is placed over the weekend, on a holiday or there are other circumstances preventing immediate shipment it may take up to 5 days to process.
We are a small business shipping from NY, USA. Your items are never drop shipped! All items are inspected for quality prior to shipment.
FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping applies only to domestic US orders totaling $35 or more prior to sales tax and other discounts. Orders under $35 are charged a flat rate of $4.50. Shipping is via USPS and takes 5-8 days to deliver once received by USPS.
If a faster shipping speed is required on orders not covered by "FREE SHIPPING" please select the "Standard Shipping" method at checkout and the order will be mailed USPS Priority Mail. Shipping speed can not be upgraded once the order is placed.
Do you ship internationally?
EV Emporium Co does not ship internationally at this time.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correctly entered prior to placing an order. Once an item is shipped it can not be recalled. If tracking indicates "delivered" to the address selected on the order it is the recipient’s responsibility to contact their local post office or USPS customer service at 1-800-275-8777 to retrieve the package. No refunds or replacements will be provided.
Providing complete and accurate address information for delivery is the responsibility of the purchaser. Orders can only be mailed to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. If you've made a mistake entering your delivery address the order can be cancelled but only prior to shipment.
If the package has already shipped to the wrong address and it is returned to EV Emporium Co you will be notified and refunded as per the "Return to Sender" policy below. Please keep in mind that not all packages will make it back to us. Those packages will not be refunded.
Missing / Damaged Package In Transit & Insurance Coverage
EV Emporium Co is not responsible for packages lost/damaged by USPS. No refunds or replacements for delivery issues will be provided. It is the recipient’s responsibility to contact their local post office or USPS customer service at 1-800-275-8777.
Return to Sender
I gladly accept returns as per my guidelines but if your package is marked “returned to sender” and returned back to EV Emporium Co without prior return authorization it will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Items that shipped with FREE SHIPPING will have the cost of the shipping deducted from refund in addition to the restocking fee. You will receive email notification of the refund.
I understand USPS sometimes makes errors and packages may be returned in error. If this occurs, the customer will receive a full refund.
Combined Shipping
Please understand that due to the volume of packages we send out daily it may not be possible to combine multiple separate orders into one package. If we notice orders being shipped to the same name and address and they are being filled on the same day an attempt is made to combine shipping packaging and costs. Contact us within 2 hours of purchase if you need assistance with combing orders. However, once one order has been packaged no combined shipping will be allowed.
Missing Items
On rare occasions mistakes may happen and I will quickly refund for a missing item. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery or no refund will be provided.
No replacements are issued. By purchasing from EV Emporium Co you consent to abide by the "Missing Items" policy. The seller will determine if a refund is valid on a claim by claim basis. The following criteria are considered: inventory log counts, outgoing package weight (when the order is re-created) and any photos taken of your order pre-shipment. All orders $35 or over are photographed with a timestamp and invoice prior to being sealed in the package.
Please note: Prior to mailing your order it is also triple checked for accuracy before items are checked off of your invoice.
Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges
Returns
Return Requests Accepted: Within in 7 Days of Delivery
Returns Must be Mailed Back : Within 14 Days of Return Request
Return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of the receipt of your item. No exceptions. Items must be postmarked for return back to us within 14 calendar days of the return request or no credit will be given. You may contact EV Emporium Co using the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page if you have any issues with your order or have any additional questions about your return.
***Do not use the self return if your item arrives damaged or defective. Please use the contact us link to describe the issue. Include the order number.***
You may return an item for any reason. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. In cases of defective or damaged items the buyer is refunded for the item and cost of shipping both ways. Items are inspected for defects upon arrival.
In all other cases, the original shipping and return shipping are not refundable. The return will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. This is due to the packaging materials and time involved in the return / shipping process.
Returns must be received prior to any refund being issued. Tracking numbers are recommended but not required. If the package is not returned to us no refund will be issued. Issues with lost packages in return transit are the responsibility of the buyer and / or shipper.
Returns Procedure
Login to your account to begin the process.
To request a return:
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account: In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
5. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
7. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved you will receive an email with return shipping instructions. No shipping costs for original shipping or return shipping will be refunded. After the product is returned, you receive a refund as per policy and an email confirmation.
Every effort is made to provide accurate sizing and product information. Colors of items are represented as accurately as possible. Please take into account that color varies slightly between monitors and in different lighting conditions. Returns involving claims of inaccurate color are at the buyer’s expense. The additional 20% restocking fee is at the seller’s discretion.
Exchanges - We do not accept exchanges.
Cancellations - We do not accept cancellations.
Privacy Policy
You may choose which cookies are collected during your shopping experience. The cookies bar is initially set to only collect cookies necessary for the functionality of the website. A pop up menu will automatically load for you when you enter the site. If you do not choose or ignore the menu all cookies are automatically collected.
If you subscribe to our newsletter / emails, EV Emporium Co will only use the email address provided for that purpose. We may also contact you via the email listed on your account or order for correspondence directly related to your order, such as, questions, replying to messages or shipping confirmations, etc.
When you join our Customer Appreciation Rewards Program you agree to receive emails relating to that program.
Coloration
EV Emporium Co wants happy customers! Therefore, every item is presented with as much accuracy as possible. It is important to note that differences in monitors may cause slight variations in color. Several of the beads sold in this shop are composed of unique swirled glass. The descriptions of these items clarify what variations can be expected in different light conditions and within bead packages. Often, product photos will illustrate what the item looks like under different lighting. It is impossible to show every bead under every type of light. Beads are transparent glass. Therefore, appearance of color will change when different background colors are used. Please see our returns policy for information regarding returns due to coloration.
Sizing Information
Sizing information is provided in multiple places on each listing. It is given in written form. In addition, most products provide a photographic size guides that allows potential customers to visually judge size next to a ruler including measurements in both inches and cm. A penny is also shown next to most products for comparison. It can be difficult judging the size of items purchased online. We recommend consulting a physical caliper or ruler if you are unsure of what size your project requires.
Sizing information is provided directly by the manufacturer in most cases. Although we strive to provide the most accurate information all dimensions listed are approximate. Due to the high volume of products sold it is not possible to individually measure every item. With any mass produced good small variances in size may occur. By purchasing you acknowledge this and agree that items are approximately sized and not eligible for refund or replacement unless the difference in size is over 2mm.
Certain lots of special cut beads may have size variations over 2mm between beads. In this case the listing will note this. Returns on items noting size and cut variances specifically are still subject to the 20% restocking fee.
Safety
Lead, Cadmium & Nickel
Any claims made regarding the safety of products containing lead, cadmium and nickel are obtained directly from the manufacturer or distributor that EV Emporium Co has purchased them from.
Every attempt is made to provide safe high quality items. Please note that most of the items in this shop are small in size and are a choking hazard to small children and pets. The products in this shop are not intended for the use of children 14 and under and not intended for the creation of children's jewelry.
Quality Control
Items are inspected and counted by hand to ensure you only receive undamaged quality goods. Beads maybe removed from the original stringing material to cull out the lot. This way we provide you with only the best quality products in each set.
Every effort is made to provide accurate sizing and product information. Colors of items are represented as accurately as possible. Please take into account that color varies slightly between monitors and in different lighting condition
Discounts
Free shipping over $35 can also be combined with discounts and will automatically appear as an option at checkout if applicable to your order. Customer Appreciation Points and discount coupons may be combined unless otherwise noted in the terms and conditions of the sale / coupon.

We value our repeat customers! You will receive points 5 points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases that can be applied to your future orders! Your points can be redeemed at checkout. Service
EV Emporium Co reserves the right to refuse service / cancel orders for any reason, at any time. If orders are refused / cancelled a full refund will be provided and a notification of the refund request will be emailed to the customer for their records.
